Success Story: Making Democratic Decision-Making a Reality
As someone who has experienced first-hand the challenges of decision-making in a hybrid organization, I was immediately drawn to the vision of Agree.
I still vividly remember when Ruben, Co-Founder of Agree, contacted me a few months ago. At that time, I was just returning from a few days on the picturesque island of Santorini and was not in business mode. However, Ruben sought immediate support to bring Agree to product-market fit and wanted us to have skin in the game.

As someone who has personally experienced the challenges of decision-making in a hybrid organization, the vision of Agree immediately caught my attention. The platform simplifies decision-making, making it more democratic and understandable, aligning perfectly with my values. So, without hesitation, I agreed to work together and invest in the platform.

While the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) already existed, there were still unanswered questions about the ideal customer profile, buyer persona, and value proposition. So, we went through a structured process to achieve product-market fit. This involved conducting interviews with the ideal customer (ICP), validating hypotheses, and understanding customers' needs. This enabled us to create a value proposition and prioritize the product's benefits.

"Boris' vast experience in identifying product-market fit helps us to move forward with fewer detours. His approach keeps us focused on what's important, and it's a good feeling to have such a smart person as Boris at our back." Ruben Feurer

I encourage all companies to take advantage of the opportunity to be a part of something big by joining the product test and seeing how Agree can help your team make better decisions.

You don't want to miss the chance to simplify decision-making, make it more democratic and understandable, and bring Agree to the forefront of decision-making tools.
